Who really was the deadliest sniper of WWII?

    Ok, I was reminded of this in a thread I saw recently.

    I was wondering who was the sniper with the most confirmed kills during the war (NO, it is not Zaitsev enemy at the gates diehards :) ).

    This website WW2 Snipers

    shows the top snipers, but I've seen websites state that a Finn was #1, not a Russian.

    And I've heard lots of disputes about the reliability of Soviet confirmed kills. Does anybody have any solid list of the deadliest WWII snipers?
