I need to play more games like this. I think I am willing to take the addicting risk ;)

I have a tried a few PC games myself but I have been an avid follower of Aces High since Air Warrior Days they have land air and ground battles one of the better made flight sims plus right now they are redoing a major Overhaul with graphics and all. http://www.hitechcreations.com/

    Just my 2 cents

I like to grind the KV-1, KV85, IS, IS3 and PZ IV H, derp on. Good comments and agreed.

I have been playing on WoT for approx just over 3 years. I play for fun, unlike many that play on there are soooo serious!
For those that are interested i have 33 tanks in the garage all the way up to tierX. I concentrate primarily on Tank Destroyers and heavies.
I have managed to find a fun clan with no tier restrictions whose only requirement is "english speaking". They are a good bunch with lots of experience.

Anyone interested in joining and learning or just having fun drop me a line. My ingame name is thestormym

My son's talked me into playing it with them (War Thunder) and it is addicting. If you see us online send us a PM and join our squad. I'll PM you the user names if interested.

I have tried War Thunder also, but didn't really get into it. World of Tanks has it's severe weaknesses but I find it still much better than War Thunder. But that is of course because I really didn't give it a proper chance.

Can't even take the test. When I go to No Script, there are about 10 things I have to allow. ..Got nothing to hide, but why all the "allows". Trying to tread lightly. Gave up Facebook because they had their nose so far up my butt... Maybe Xbox 360 is the way to go. Don't care if they snoop up on my games...But will I have to buy some kind of xbox membership to play online?

You'll have to buy an Xbox live membership. You can get a free trial just to see if you enjoy the game before it runs out. I play WoT through the Xbox and fund it much more enjoyable.

OK. That solves it then. How much for a x box membership. ..Recall 25 buck back in the day.
Is the xbox360 capable of being competitive with desktop players.. Isnt frame rate, blah blah rate, etc better on a desk top, and would the picture/play experience be better on a desktop.
Don't want to sign up to be meat fodder, but guess we all have to pay our dues.

That's a good question. I'm not a tech guy but it seems that the level of play is commensurate with your tank tier. They match you up decently well with others at similar ability levels. Only bummer about the 360 is the consistent, annoying bugs. I recently had to delete the game and re download due to issues with the games xbox live connection. Uphill battle. The only saving grace is the enjoyment of the game.

Argh. I have a really old xbox, and not a great connection/speed.
Have to pick my entertainment spots now.
Going back to cribbage now, thinking.
I can play a good game of crib.

Been playing alot of War Thunder with my sons. It is very addictive. Anyone here that plays send me (PM) your user name and if we're on we'll invite you to our squad.
