Hi all i was given this dagger from an italian friend whos father is german. He was given this dagger as a present 20 years ago and now it has been given to me. Im not a collector of ww2 german items, i collect american. Anyway the sa dagger some how was split on the wooden handle years ago and was bonded with a wood glue. But fortunatley the blade is in good shape, no holes, no dents of any sort. The blade has not been cleaned by him or me since we have had it. Any its inscribed on one side whith what looks like a hand written message, im told its a hand inscibed message from Rohm. Still very visible. Dagger is made by solingen. Original scabbard too and still retains some of the brown paint. If anybody is interested in this piece please message me as im not a collector of german militaria Regards Dean
