WWII BIG Knife?

    I bought this from a local auction and wondered if anyone knew what it was and what it might be worth? The blade has J.J.B. 1944 with an arrow pointed up ...

    That is a British Bolo Machete or Smachete. The second picture is that of the 'Broad Arrow' stamp used by the British Ordnance Dept/ Branch.

    I thought for sure it was a USMC Corpsman Bolo, I got so excited I glossed over the part where he was asking for a valuation and for that I apologize.
