Here is our female English Shepherd last week, a few hours after delivering 14 puppies. All are doing well and the pups are growing like weeds.
Well here is a picture of me and my ever sweet wife, 50 years together this June. Back when I had hair and it was just graying!!!! http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v651/gtblackwell2/3023.jpg And our daredevil daughter who is a civilian engineer with the Army Corps of Engineers in Seattle. She is currently learning how to say sequester ! http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v651/gtblackwell2/427087_10151102999388395_1564133412_n.jpg
You are indeed a lucky man. Two beautiful women, a beautiful family. The photo of your daughter took my breath away....
View attachment 18553 A pair of Before & After pics for you. Married in July 1949, at last count that was more than 63 years ago. You even get a card from HM The Queen on your 60th Wedding Anniversary ! Doesn't time go fast when you're having fun Ron
Some sweet additions lads , thank you for daring ! Kodiak you are one lucky man , a beautiful wife and great family with children who share your hobby too. Great Venice picture btw. Same for GT , you posted two nice pictures of two nice ladies, lucky you! Edit: I just saw Ron added some great pictures too (you are up very early today! ) Wonderful picture and that 1949 one is just royal !
Good photos guys. Kodiak, you need to learn to smile. Mr. Gaines, glad to see your face, also. And lastly, Ron. Seen you many times, always good to see you again.
Nice family pics...But keep the wife...in fact have mine too...just let me have the FN...send in small pieces...few years should do it...
I look like a deranged lunatic when I smile. I got scalped in that bear mauling and though they sewed it all back on, the nerves in my upper face are dead. When I smile my mouth curls up and my upper face stays flat and makes me look like a psycho. I've learned not to smile for pictures. And that's not Venice in the picture - it's the Venetian hotel in Vegas. It's much nicer than the old dirty Venice because there are no dead cats floating around in the canals.
Love all the pictures. Good to see all you bold Rogues. I've been to Venice and the fake venice in Las Vegas. I'll take the original version please, even if the rivers have elephant carcasses in them.
That was tongue-in-cheek. Vegas in quintessentially American, with everything that is right about the US and everything that is wrong. The whole world is along the strip; new, shiny, air conditioned and perfect - as long as you don't look too close and see the plastic facade. Still, if one went to Venice you could search all week for a Vivaldi impersonator and come up empty, but in Vegas you can trip over two dozen Elvis impersonators within a block of your hotel. You can't beat that.
Well an updated picture of me in my near 40 year old Barbour coat in Scotland.... http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v651/gtblackwell2/23435_331925707965_667417965_370274.jpg and a better picture of my daughter, in the misty orangish air of Hong Kong: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v651/gtblackwell2/1-DSC_5506-001_zpsea7a03b5.jpg
No sweat KB, I got the humor. I've been to Vegas many times, absolutely love the place actually, some of my best memories are from trips to the sin city. It's just that Venice is where my family is originally from, I speak Italian and all that, and I'm in love with the place.
I don't believe so, but I have unconfirmed reports that he may be starring in the new "RED" movie....under the alias "John Malkovich"...
