    hehe :D

I've got your pick in the Rogues Gallery SreamingEagle. Incidentally, you look like a wrestler, are you a fan of MMA?

I'd say that there have been at 50 female members over the years. Unless they come right out and say they are female, we often times assume a member is male, I know I've been cought assuming a few times now. Military history is however a male dominated area, so females are few and far between. My girlfriend does post here occassionaly as "Trouble" :trouble: and she is indeed interested in military history, at least more than any other girl I've known.

    And they're always most welcome!

My wife can at times be critical of the History Channel, has a fetish for WW2 bombers (no, I don't put on a Petliakov Pe-8 disguise!) and on her last birthday I got her a 1:72 B-52. Not bad for a Buddhist :D

I know what you mean Za, my girlfriend has an odd p-51 fetish. She often dresses up like Girl Hitler and curses at me in german as I pretend to strafe her "armored columns". The drop tanks are really uncomfortable! :D

    Oh yes,

Hitler was correct not getting married. Just imagine:

Frau Hitler: " We´re going to attack to Novaja Zemlja!"
OKW " And why is that, Frau Hitler?"
Frau Hitler " Because I like the name of that place, you idiots!"

    ;)

Yeah ScreamingEagle, you have that tough wrestler mug. Your profile also says Iowa, so 2 and 2. I also know that a lot of wrestlers are into MMA, since so many great wrestlers have made the transition into that sport.

I respect any guy that gets into the ring, but I like Fedor, GSP and especially Sakuraba. I also like Shonie Carter, Brian Gassaway and Terry Martin since I train with them. I have even fought a few times myself, and I'm proud to say that I've been lucky enough to win all my fights. If I was a lot younger, I would have tried to made a go of it in the sport.

Incidentally, is that your lady in your pic?

wow, it must be pretty intense to be able to train with those guys! I might have to go with GSP or Randy Couture. The sport is kind of taking boxing's place i think. And no, the girl was only my prom date. Did you wrestle in high school?

Yeah, those guys are really, really nice and down to earth. Surprisingly they are all quite humble, even Shonie who doesn't always come off that way in public. No wrestling for me, I was a hockey player, but I've been doing submission grappling and jiu-jitsu for years, and picked up thai-boxing a few years ago.

I've added your pic to the Rogues Gallery, that makes 23 total plus one mascot. What castle are you standing in in the photo?

No, I was reluctant to see that part of the castle. I went there with a college class made up of a lot of people who, I suppose, just didn't have the same drive or interests I had. After most of them walked through the keep and around the grounds they were hot and sticky and ready to get back on the bus, and so, my trip was cut short. They pissed me off at Portsmouth as well. While I got a good tour of the Victory those Marys I were with were soon to wore out or just not interested enough to go aboard the Ironclad ship there(can't remember the name), so I didn't get to see that either. I also saw what appeared to be (at a distance) an Invincible class carrier (SKI JUMP) off in the distance, but that probably wasn't open to the public.
