What is your favourite movie so far? I liked Transformers-the CGI (or whatever that's called) is pretty good, and it depicts the military nicely.

PS Call me a geek if you want.

I'd like to say something nice about the film 'Transformers', but I can't, so I won't ;)

Best film of the years ,so far, Hot Fuzz.

Hot Fuzz was good but I didn’t like the fast cutting used……I’m old forgive me! As far as cinematography goes, you can’t beat Pan’s Labyrinth. It is gorgeous to look at.

Deja Vue was filmed brilliantly as was Children of God....EDIT - Children of Men....duh, stupid head on when I wrote that.

The opening scene of Gladiator was visually spectacular…….it might have something to do with my boyfriend making all the Roman armour.

Casino Royale was very good…..the opening stunt left me breathless it was well filmed, the movement of the camera enhancing the free running….superb.

CGI leaves me cold, the trailer for Transformers didn’t interest me so I wouldn’t watch the film.

For a cracking tongue in cheek yarn you can’t beat Indiana Jones.

I don’t ‘do’ romantic films, horror, too much violence, westerns…..I love musicals though.

    :D

    Oklahoma!
Where the wind comes sweepin' down the plain
And the wavin' wheat can sure smell sweet
When the wind comes right behind the rain.
    Oklahoma!
Ev'ry night my honey lamb and I
Sit alone and talk and watch a hawk
Makin' lazy circles in the sky.
We know we belong to the land
And the land we belong to is grand!
    And when we say
    "Yeeow! Ayipioeeay!"
    We're only saying'
    "You're doin' fine, Oklahoma!"
    Oklahoma O.K.

    Hows that?
    heh-heh.

I understand that the 'RAF's 12,000 pounder rated high on the German charts!

What warrants the title of a "Blockbuster" ?

Most the movies I like are B movies or successful, but not like super successful
