real quick, my smallest collection of the Wehrmacht forces is the Kriegsmarine with 105 books ........ as they are sitting on an oversized book shelf. so this is for starts, I'd give myself an intense headache if I went beyond to count the others, will tell you though what I have done for the past 25 years is make a selective yearly log entries of titles purchased from the States and overseas and through veterans and their organizations, it does help in some ways to put things in proper order

I dunno, my books are all crated up and split between two garages, but I used to have 10 bookshelves 2m tall x 0.80m wide. Not all were WW2, one has to count the Complete Works of Lenin, and the Proceedings of the Royal Entomological Society, etc, etc.

And no, I don't have any plumbing fixtures loose on the house.

Over the years, I have owned about 3,000 books on various subjects (perhaps 300 on WWII) but I sold off most of them many years ago to pay for school. The same thing happened with my CD collection and record collection.

Now as everything goes digital, I guess future generations won't be able to sell of books and music in order to buy beer!

    30+ for me as well.
And growing just about every other week, it seems.

Having my tutoring sessions at a B&N has definitely eaten into my profits!

interesting I really thought most of you had a library at least in the 100's .........

as with most a key problem is space, am sure Martin can fully relate. Personally without the room why bother with any newer titles, as most are repeats going into the cheaper soft-back/paperback forms
