Yes and soon he"ll buy the forum cash and will take over with his Red Rabbi and turn the place into a Kolkhoze.

 

somehow I don't think I'm going to enjoy a blood red background for the forum site .........

 

Za may have checked out for a bit, but methinks the Red Rabbi has been keeping an eye on things......

ha ha that image of the red rabbi is excellent Lou. Another coffee spilled on my key board!
I once drew a Red Rabbi pic for him, but when he saw it he declined the offer, so I will respect his choice and will draw him another one . maybe he will adopt your design. I actually looks like Za too.

 

As much as I wish I could take full credit, it's actually from KosherNosh.com, an on-line Deli and catering site out of New Jersey (although, the red star was MY contribution!)

No, I haven't departed yet, I'm about to start my pilgrimage in Darkest African lands. I'll keep you posted, put some pics up, etc

In the meantime it appears things have soured a bit in this forum, will anybody be kind enough to bring me up to speed before I start spreading it. Come on, I'm not shy, be rough with it!

Don't worry Za, nothing has really gone sore. Just the same eternal political threads were people who would usually get along freak out on each other. It's not 1% of soar threads that will turn the forum into a Sauerkraut. There are some excellent posts in the militaria section. These include new collections, aircrafts under restoration and my WWII stamp collection too! There is a new veteran who tels his Pacific War memories. His saga is a jewel! Other great threads deserve to be mentionned too but I will let you discover.

 

And the best part is, Za is go..
