Is there a program out there for gamers that will do this? The AMS maps are in TIFF or can be in JPEG2. If there is no program for this can anyone tell me how I can accomplish this? I have photoshop elements which falls short for laying out tactical movements which is what I am trying to do for my fathers time in the ETO. Any help or advise would be most appreciated.

I have both Gary Grisby Games (but never played either yet, so intimidating!) and would love to either Co-OP or VS in that.

I also have The Operational Art of War IV (a must have if you like strategy). It has over 300+ scenarios, not to mention user created ones, so would be up for almost any WWI or WW2 based scenario on that!
