    no problem as a new member one should just take the time and go through every forum thread column to see what has been posted, seems tedious but the way to get around things without being reptitive.

    This poor man died as a pow in Russia in 1946

    Sad, he survived the whole war only to die in an POW Camp! What a tragedy.

    Note this was in Carelia , on the former Finnish front line and also the soldier was a 2nd Class Ritterkreuz award winner
