I found a short film showing a Type 45 24 cm Howitzer in details and in action against some heavier concrete bunkers

I just received the message that the gun after 17:24 is in fact a Type Taisho 7 30 cm howitzer. It was concealed as "Special 24 cm howitzer" to keep the real caliber secret.
