The Author, Reardon, sounds to me like a classic example of someone who had all of his misguided education in Public Schools-which everyone knows are not worth a crap. This guy is like most of the younger kids in school, and probably only or nainly had-liberal teachers who do NOT teach all of the facts and everything is one-sided-meaning that they teach what their opinions are on things.

I apologize if my comments insulted any of you. I would never post anything with the intention of hurting people's feelings.

So Churchill is the good guy and Hitler is the bad guy? Is that what you all want to hear?

Hitler did what he did because he thought it was in the best interest of the German people. I respect his courage to carry out his patriotic beliefs, and I respect the party for following the fuhrer to the very end.

With that said, i however don't like many of his ways of carrying out those ideas. He could have approached many problems in a more humane manner. He could have handled the war more wisely. He sinned greatly against many people for the well being of Germany, which could have been avoided. So yes, he was a fool in that regard. But his failures don't make him any less of a patriot, and any patriot is a hero.

 

Possibly the most ( unintentionally ? ) humorous posting I've seen on the Forum in ages. Very good ! But people whose IQ breaks into double figures should be aware that the originator of the post is only kidding......

wow, this just keeps getting better......you say that Hitler did what he did for Germany, how did killing 13 million innocent civilians help Germany? Recently I was able to talk with a woman who survived a concentration camp, guess what!? She was German, born and raised, she was thrown into the camp because of her comments against, not Germany, but hitler! I'm sorry my friend, but hitler did what he did, because it was all about him, and his view of what Germany should be. His view, not the average German citizens view. They were brainwashed by, apparently the same propaganda you are reading.

 

Yes, Hitler made many mistakes. But sending political opponents to the concentration camps was not one of them. Germany could only be strong when its people are united, and Hitler made sure that end was achieved.

Hitler's crime is losing the war for Germany. Genghis Khan murdered more than Hitler did, but he is still worshiped by his people to this day. Why, you might ask. Because he WON.

How can you negotiate with a man who murdered millions? How did Churchill negotiate with Stalin? How did Nixon negotiate with Mao?

So she spoke out against Hitler, and yet she agreed with his policies? No, she disagreed with his policies and therefore she was a political opponent of Hilter. If all the political opponents was taken care of in one night, then why did the Gestapo exist? Civilians, too, can oppose the government's policies, and that makes them political opponents of the government.
