Cagney and Pat O'Brien, cant get better than that combo-with two exceptions being Duke and McLaglen and Flynn with de Havilland ;-))

And for Thanksgiving, im going to be watching Cangey, Cooper and Flynn with maybe a Duke and a Gable movie thrown in for gut measure ;-))

Heh heh, Cagney as Captain Flagg. He is opposite Dan Dailey in that one. Also, a young Robert Wagner is in it. I didnt care too much for the movie inspite of the star power in it as well as other recognixzable faces including William Demarest and Harry (Col. Sherman T. Potter) Morgan.-being in it.

...Being 71 yrs old and somewhat of a movie buff, I offer the following:
    1. The first color picture...that is Reginald Gardner on the left. He played a very irrascible USMC sgt (although British!) in "Halls of Montezuma" with Richard Widmark.
    2. "What Price, Glory" was written by a then somewhat antiwar Marine lieutenant by the name of Lawrence Stallings who was wounded at Belleau Wood. It was originally a play and hence it, for me, dragged tooooooo much! Flagg and Quirt snarled at each other far too often.
    3. "Shake Hands With the Devil" also starred Don Murray as the American protagonist in the movie. He played either a medical student or a physician. Dana Wynter was an English hostage which was later murdered.
