    Splitting is almost disappearing... :D

Glad you liked it! Though I must be the Pedantic Apprentice so that I don't disappoint my Master - these aren't paintings, they are drawings. I'm much worse at painting. ;)

Hey how about this... can you draw a PzV Panther ?? ;) :smok:

If not then how about a Two-handed-sword Crusader knight ! :smok: :D

I bet that whatever you choose to draw is going to turn out great !! :D

I did say no WW2 stuff didn't I? Basically I could draw it, but no better than any of the artists that make the covers of modelling boxes, or the guys you post in the Tank Pictures thread. So I won't bother, you'd always notice a gazillion imperfections I overlooked.

Thanks for all this waaaaaay too much honour btw!

A two handed sword knight... I guess I'll put it in the queue. :D

Yes but you said it was because you couldnt draw smallarm's that good. So i figured that a tank wouldnt be such a big problem. "hey you could use a PzV model as a "Model" for your drawing, then you wont get any flaws ;)

Doesnt matter, its your skillful drawing we want to see, not some "masterpiece". I bet if you keep on drawing youll become very very good some day !! "And hey if you do, do me a favor, "Draw the best Panzer-comic ever !! :D "

No because you'll use a PzV model as inpiration :D "Come on ! it'll be great...!"

It isnt way to much, its very appropiate ;)

    Yeah a Crusader knight with a Two-hand-sword, that'll look great i think :D But first the Panther ! 8)

Yes. Here's a new idea, the sketch of what I want it to look like so that you can criticize it before I put it in fineliner. Feel free to tear it apart, it's just a sketch. :D

Meanwhile I can work on a Panther comic. :D

    Not bad at all! ;)

The only possible 'problem' is that there was often a strip of metal running down both sides of the haft of the poleaxe/halbard thingy, for about a distance of a foot or two, to stop nasty peope chopping the pointy bit off (I love all this technical language!).
You do have it, but not long enough. If I'm not careful I'll run out of picky details to criticise, and I'll have to start simply enjoying your pictures! :D

    Oh, the helmet!
Yes, our WW1 & WW2 helmet was directly influenced by the Medieval helmet modelled by your footsoldier!

See, that is why I posted a sketch this time... The metal strip will be incorporated in the eventual picture. :D Thanks!

I love your technical language too. Laughed several body parts off. ;)
