After the defeat of Russia it would not take much time for the defeat of Brittain....the extra man/work power of the soviet would increase german production and would also bring in german 4 engined heavy bombers (gotten from the soviet..Pe-8).
US would sign a treaty with the 3 Reich just to make more money and to get oil.....
The World would be in some sort of peace for a while...
When the German/Japan pact evntually fails by the enormous rise price of color TV's and Stereos the new formed 3rd Reich/US pact would declare war on it's formar ally/enemy Japan.
After a 2 year war and the fall of Japan a new form of world order would have arrived wich lasted a 1000 years as the legends goes :D

If the Soviets had been defeated the extra manpower would have been little use to Germany at all, most or all of those from the conquered east would have been worked to death as slaves upgrading the infrastructure, or on estates established by the favoured of the SS.

I doubt with the proof of Aryan superiority and a victory over the Bolsheviks the Nazis would have used captured Soviet kit except to scrap and melt down, and in anycase a 4 engined bomber would be no practical benefit over Britain.

I think in this circumstances Germany would probably blockade and harrass the UK until Britain got fed up and settled for some sort of negotiated peace.
