Dagger Identification Help!

Hi all! I'm a new member. I hope I am in the right place for this thread. I couldn't find anything in the search. I need some help. I have a dagger that was my grandfather's. My uncle said my grandfather brought it back from overseas. I was looking to see if anyone knew anything about this. I've posted some pictures below. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
