I will not miss them if they do pull out the over paid bums. Serve them right that the car is not up to scratch this year, so what!

All teams have bad seasons from time to time but only Ferrari throws there toys out of the pram. ;)

First of all they ( Ferrari ) should hire better crew to run the show, what awful mistakes they have been making all through the season. And you don´t always win by putting alot of money into it!

We in the states (at least myself) don't always get too very full coverage of the F1 series. As you know our own open-wheeled races (Indy) rather supplants it. We do get F1 cross over drivers, but I don't think the opposite is true. But, that said I did notice this morning in the AP that Renault is considering joining Ferrari in the move.

AP LONDON – Renault is following Ferrari in threatening to withdraw from next season's Formula One world championship because of the budget cap imposed by the sport's governing body.

Button wins again and Barrichello second. Pretty boring race in Monaco but that´s nothing new...Must seem like a dream come true for Button. Ferrari doing a little better but not much. Also a very disappointing season for Hamilton after two excellent ones.

They should dump Monaco as its such a boring race unless there is a drop of rain but most of the races are dry...not one I like, that said well done Jenson. Poor old Hamilton is looking like he has no chance to defend his title maybe next year he will bounce back with a better car.

Last third of the race was a bore but from JB's point of view, job done.

It does seem like the major teams excluding Williams will be leaving the F1 scene. Ecclestone has the ball now...

Red Bull has started winning points....interesting season to watch until the end whether Button will still be No 1 at the end of the season, he does have a good lead.

" Webber wins the German Grand Prix

It’s been a long wait, but today Mark Webber finally became a Grand Prix winner.

Webber has ended the longest ever wait for a Grand Prix driver to score his first win, finally breaking his duck after 130 attempts (plus two non-starts).

The previous record holder was Rubens Barrichello, who took 124 attempts to lodge his first win. That was also in Germany - at the Hockenheimring - in 2000.

The four other drivers who took more than 100 starts to score their maiden wins are all racing in F1 today:

Rubens Barrichello - 124 (2000 German Grand Prix)
Jarno Trulli - 117 (2004 Monaco Grand Prix)
Jenson Button - 113 (2006 Hungarian Grand Prix)
Giancarlo Fisichella - 110 (2003 Brazilian Grand Prix)"

Got to say A1GP is far better than F1,as a sport anyway.

McLaren took the two top positions in the practice sessions. We´ll see today if they are still as fast....

Wishing all the best to Massa! So unlucky....

"Ferrari driver Felipe Massa is in a "stable" condition following emergency surgery after he suffered skull damage and concussion.

The Brazilian hit a tyre wall after a spring from Rubens Barrichello's car flew up and hit Massa's helmet during Hungarian Grand Prix qualifying. "

BBC SPORT | Motorsport | Formula 1 | BMW to quit F1 at end of season

The German car manufacturer, who took over Sauber in 2005, have cited "current developments in motor sport" as the reason for their pull-out.

BMW are the second major manufacturer to leave the sport in eight months after Honda's withdrawal in December.

F1 supremo Bernie Ecclestone said BMW had given themselves three years to win the world championship, but they have only amassed eight points this season.

"It's not quite been like that so perhaps that's why they've [decided] to stop," he told BBC Radio 5 Live.

Well, God Emperor Michael the 1st is stepping into the cockpit to help out Ferrari. Why do I foresee a train wreck looming?

The man is past his prime, doubtfully up to the levels of Button, Vettel, Webber or Alonso.

It will be memorable at least.

Interesting to see how fit Michael Schumacher is at the moment. I read that rally driver Sebastian Loeb said he could not just step in the "ring" and start driving as the G powers require so much more from your neck muscles he said, and he could not finish even one race unless trained himself alot more....
