Rugby players are quite frequently subject to minor (And not so minor) injuries, it's a pretty tough sport.

My most common injurries are usually done to my right upper arm (I'm a loose head prop and have been ripped out of scrums which results in my arm being badly hurt), concussion, I frequently get stamped on in scrums, and my ribs usually get a good battering aswell.

Yesterday I had my first home match of the season and had to leave the pitch 5 minutes before half time due to concussion, only to return in the 2nd half and get elbowed in the head and have to leave the pitch once again due to concussion.

Snowboarding used to be a favourite of mine, until I spent a week in Vermont and suprise suprise I badly injurred my knee and spent some time in crutches
