Futurama Quiz.

Inspired by a question on the quotes quiz, a Futurama quiz. Same rules, get the answer right and you get to ask the next question. The questions must be about Futurama or at the very least Futurama related.

First Question.

What was the name of Fry's nephew? Not the Professor, but his 21st Century nephew.

 

If my memory server me well (I watched all episodes last autumn, much fun ) Fry's nephew was named after him, hence Fry.

 

Not really specific enough, his nephew was named Phillip J Fry, but it was after Fry so in the interests of keeping the Quiz going, over to Notmi.

 

Ah, yes, I forgot that Fry was surname.

Futurama had two "connections" with famous US comedy series "Married... with Children".
Name them.

 

A purple-haired female lead... I have never actually seen Married with Children so I don't know the other one, but I believe the Futurama writers once hooked into this one.

First connection is Leela, or actually Leela's voice, Katey Sagal. She played Peggy Bundy in Married with Children.

Other connection is similarities in few characters in one certain episode of Futurama, an episode where Leela was going to be married by another cyclops.

Well, that episode was the one I was referring at. Forgot to mention that male-cyclops wasn't real one.

Ok, how did Fry's 'grandfather' die? (the one Fry thought was his grandfather)?

 

Enis (Fry's supposed Grandfather) died when to prevent him being accidently injured or killed Fry hid him in a small cottage... right in the middle of a test range for an Atomic explosion. Right before the device detonated.
