Hello im playing hoi3 but have a question If a country is friendly with me how do i go to war with him? I cant declare war cuz he is to friendly but how can i chance that?
the ability has to declare war has nothing to do with your relation with the country, its about your countries neutrality. you can lower neutrality by setting spies to "lower neutrality" but this takes for ever. If you want to be able to just go around and declare war on people hit the ~ key and enter noneutrality then hit enter. this will set your neutrality to 0 and you can just declare war on who ever.
well yeah mine does, too...~ there goes it! But it wont launch the console as it wont on many other laptops ive tried it on...that other combo I mentioned previously sure does the trick though...
