The main gun was replaced by a wooden dummy of a Tye 97 5,7 cm Tank Gun. Instead of a commanders cupiola a rotating periscope in an armored cap, a Type 98 0,75 m Rangefinder and an odopraph to evaluate the range from the battery baseline were placed in the turret.
