    Indeed Martin

It was a great honour for me to play the Last Post. I saw tears running with veterans and public. It's the commemoration that is for me the biggest part of the event, not the commercial part. Spoke with some veterans and one was glad he saw a British uniform on British motorbike at Pegasus bridge. While he was telling of his wartime memeories he broke into tears. that how alive it is for him. Also a happy occasion meeting John Wingate DSC writer of "The Tenth" the story of Malta's submarine's force. Went into a antiqueshop where I saw the book "The Tenth" and asked how much it was, and he told me he was the writer. Had a good talk with him and promised to weite him what I thought of the book. Of course we took a nice picture. He was very moved by the way the veterans are commemorated by us young guy's.
