A very Merry Christmas to you all ! And welcome back Kai ( who's obviously managed to dig himself out of the snow with his entrenching tool..... )

Time of year to bring this up out of the basement...Traditions are nice. Glad to have interacted with the members here over time....Here's to the future of WW2F and all those who contribute - 3 cheers.
"Time" ? It's still three weeks away and everybody is going to think I am the one who lost his calendar . No wonder I never get bargains at the supermarket if you camp there three weeks before they even start
Well it is the perfect time to remember Hanukkah, the Jewish festival of lights that begins at sunset Saturday. I spent a good part of my youth in a Synagogue with a friend and about equal time in the Episcopal church. I really love the traditions of Judaism and given the events of WW2 think it important for all of us all to remember them. And I agree with Skipper, I will wait awhile for Christmas !
Merry Xmas Folks! Got 48-hrs shift at work so got plenty of time to write nice things in here! We got a snow storm here so comfortably happy about staying put.
Merry Christmas to all, thinking especially of those who are spending their Christmas on the front lines. I never had to do that, but I did spend a few Christmases on the near rear lines.
