that is affirmitive but it has been copied and placed elsewhere over the many years, am going to post another pic in weapons from the same ship.

for your Schiff talley will that be placed from the firm in Canada or Germany or ...... ? I am seeing a few "Scharnhorsts" becoming available right now, the price is not too bad incidently

and in fine condition too with bright colours. This patch seems to be a winner. How many different ones do you actually own Herr?

Hi Erich, nice Scharnhorst picture. Is it an early period one?

    Hi Skipper,

I go for minty or near mint ones, as I cant be bothered upgrading them :)

For career insignia, both blue, white and parade tunics, from enlisted to nco to officer I have 33 patches

    For Specialty patches again both blue and white tunic ;

    14 patches

then enlisted mans collar patches, and Maat (NCO) collar patches, sportshirt eagle, kriegsmarine talley, belt and buckle, drill tunic ,heap of photos, coastal artillery breast and sidecap eagle and a nice studio portrait.

Still plenty more to go :)

    Regards

    Herr

On its way, french made white jumper eagle, and Coastal Artillery aircraft warning detachment shoulderboard.
The board is rare, the cloth version (according to regulations) is not even in Angolia's book.
although CA is not my main interest, I could not pass this rare piece up !

Will add photos as soon as possible

well I was almost there. Aircraft Warning Career cypher on the shoulder board :

Single Anchor with crossed lightening bolts with a single winged gull directly in the middle. Quite unusual. congrats Herr !

yes Erich thats the one, but embroided instead of the metal devices as shown in Angolia's volume 3.
Together with C.Evans' shoulderboards they will be the first KM shoulderboards in my collection.
The Scharnhorst talley has still evaded me but had the optionto buy a Deutschland talley but had to pass on that one because of funds.

so far for the Coastal Artillery items : studo portrait and hoheitsabzeichen (breast and sidecap)

Will be back to regular KM patches now lol, getting side tracked.

    Cheers

Hi E, yep-I had a snapshot of two S-29 crewmen in it wearing summer white uniform-and you could also see their specialty badges. Couldn't see hardly any of the boat itself though.

Anyway, I gave this pic to Herr as a little consolation thing-because it took me so long to be able to return something to him that I owed-thanks to no transportation. I forget what all was written n the back of this pic-but it identified those two as part of S-29s crew-as well as being friends.

1st pic, bottom row thirdfrom last-I THINK is the trade badge those two crewmen in that pic were wearing ;-)) Maybe Herr can post that pic ;-))

PS, the pic in question I just noticed Herr posted it w/ others. It's the one by that black guilette? or Adjutants cord?
