Hmmm sounds pretty nasty like that might not be a suitable pet like do they make a good watch dog. Like in Europe I read lots of people if the country have geese as they get real, protective of their territory and squack really loud and will try and nip at the intruder. I wonder if throwing something they like to eat like guys that would throw drugged meat to get the watch dogs out of the way. Either drugging them and many times poisoning the dogs. Lol, was watching girls und panzer they have a school called koala forest and the commander is a koala the sub commander is the only one who seems to understand the koala and relays the orders and battle plans. Too funny then chi ha tan a more tradition Japanese school as all the schools are actually Japanese but themed to different countries to give the girls more exposure to other cultures, USA, Britian, Russia, France, Germany, Finland, and more. Chi ha tan is famous for charging into battle with little to no tactics and getting wiped out. They don't seem to have any concept of tactics or winning. One girl says they are known for losing like why compete if your just playing to lose. Anzio seems to lose a lot but they play to win.

The Ukraine is fighting hard but they don't seem to be able to hold back the huge Russian forces pushing against them. It's sad so many are fighting to the death in defiance of russian troops. If Ukraine falls I hope they really make Putin pay. I think Putin has put himself in a corner and can't back down now they have had some heavy losses and now I think he has to have a win to save face and justify the losses. I think if the UN and NATO sent in a peace keeping force he would back down as it would be too much for him to take on the rest of the western world plus if the world but trade sanctions on Russia people would revolt in Russia. But China might be a deciding factor since China supplies most of the world products. North Korea produces a lot of goods I'm sure they would still sell to,Russia the goods are mostly South Korean but produced in North Korean factories as part of a economic deal. I think it's amazing that single Ukrainian pilot in a mig 29'fowned six enemy aircraft. If that guy survives and Ukraine holds off I'm sure he'll,be a national hero. The Ukrainians are infecting a lot of casualties but the Russians keep moving forward they just far more men and equipment thatbtheybare slowly pushing forward. Many western countries are mobilizing but not committed and sending arms to the Ukraine to help, them resist the invasion. Hope Ukraine can hold up as things look bad. They destroy columns just tinsel more coming. Like how long can their munitions hold out without new supplies.

Well we don't have any bugs, no flys, bees, or mosquitoes. And I just polished off a plate of Bass, Bluegill and Crappie filets fresh from under the 30 inches of ice on the lake. I've got the mower battery on the charger thawing out. Wait never mind.

    image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg Hey CAC have you seen these civilian electric aircraft
The cristaline uses two electric motors the air car is based on drone tech uses twelve small motors the helicopter pack uses drone tech but is far from completion as the video has been proven to be a hoax all fake. The strange craft is actually a gas turbine craft made in Japan by a guy after watching the anime show naussica and the valley of the wind. Although you can't fly it like the anime sanding you have to lay on it and be strapped on. Who knows sits still,a prototype maybe they make one you can fly just like the show. Some of these small, panes with gas turbines can fly well, over a hundred miles I think the air are would be a lot more useful,as for planes you need a runway or large vacant street for take off and landing although they do have a few working on VTOL so who knows what we'll see in about another ten years they have a guy with a new jet pack design supposevtomhave a much better range than the old 70s style jet pack that only had a 30'minuite flight endurance.

Yeah these micro machines have been around for a while...Most look pretty light, flimsy and dangerous. Whilst i am very dubious of flying cars (they end up not being a good car or good aircraft) - i did spot this a couple of days ago...

There's that drone taxi service in China it's pretty amazing the drones can carry upmtomtwompassengers plus shopping goods or luggage. The whole thing is monitored and controlled by a central computer. I wonder if you pay for the ride like an uber you do it all online on your smart phone call for the ride the destination is all set and the cost is predetermined you ok the expense the ride shows up I wonder where they had you meet your taxi like do they have special drone taxi pads. Also how safe is it your right they do look fragile but they say they are pretty strong built with light weight space age materials. That thing looks like a cross of a sleek plane and a exotic sports car. Makes me think of a show of a futuristic sub.

So it's based on fan duct technology and flies and hovers looks really interesting. I bet more types of craft like this will be built if this thing really gets into production. Wonder what kind of flight duration it will have etc. I'm waiting to see helicopters like in avatar.

The lightness makes it vulnerable to winds…you’ve seen a kite or para-sail get away from the user before…same thing.

Like what happened to the airships the large mass was pushed around by winds making them uncontrollable. Some dudes built a modern airship at the old Tustin air station before they commercialized the property. The dolts were trying to say what a success it was of course they'd say that as they got a federal grant to build the thing but even in a 40 mph wind they did not have enough control to maneuver themselves the ground crew have to use tethers to guide it thru a gate. They were trying to prove that modern airships would not be vulnerable to the same forces that destroyed the early worships but from what I saw they proved that airships are still going to be victims of the forces of wind they were a small scale model of what a future airship would be and the larger the ship the more it will be influenced by winds. England has been building airships trying to prove they are the future in large cargo shipping but after years of experimenting bulk cargo ships still are the primary way to ship containers I haven't heard of bulk air lifts I think it's just a pipe dream there's just too much against them and bulk ships can get the cargo there in huge numbers and fairly quickly. The idea that airships will take over cargo and passenger is totally ridiculous as the fastest airship is only 100 miles an hour a jet is six hundred and takes like six hours to fly to Hawaii like an airship would take like six times that like are people going to want to be stuck on an airship for a day and a half like paying for a sea cruise they have to have a galley able to provide like several meals for its passengers like basically a flying cruise ship with state rooms as people would want to wear the same clothes for almost two days straight. And probably want to sleep most of the trip. Plus how much will turbulence affect such a craft. There would have to be some major breakthrough in airship technology for it to become acceptable to the major traveling public.

Well those javelin missiles the Ukrainians are using look like the dragon system. I heard we were supplying arms to help the Ukraine but didn't know we supplied such a system to them in must be large numbers as they have wiped out a number of convoys. Made me laugh the news saying that whole convoys wiped out by unknown weapons I knew it had to be dragon type missiles and when they finally showed them calling them javelins they look just like the dragon just doesn't have the front buffer but the back and the missile look the same. The dragon system was said to be a very effective system against ground targets and armor. I hope the ghost of Kyiv continues to shoot down more enemy aircraft they say he's a double ace now. I don't get why they are saying the mig29 is old and obsolete. I know it came out in the 80s but like our f16 it has gone thrum a number of upgrades I would think the mig29 has been upgraded thru the years to keep it modernized enough for today's combat.
I haven't heard anything about Ukraines tank forces I know after the first conflict they were modernizing their fleet of m84s saying how this model was going to be able to take on any of the latest Russian armor but haven't seen anything about that. Wonder if the Russians have any of their t14s seen mostly t90 types so far and most of those shown were knocked out. I'm sure the Russians are upset about those US supplied missiles as they have inflicted a lot of casualties. I don't think they were expecting those and bet Putin is saying America is interfering with things we have no business of doing. Also the Ukrainians are using Russian made RPGs very effectively as well not sure how those Molotov cocktails are working but in Chechnya they were very effective unless the Russians have figured out a way to protect their vehicles from them like some kind of shields protecting the vents that keep the burning gas from getting in the vents. You'd think someone would figure out how to defend against such low tech weapons a vent system that maybe closes during combat or venting from the sides and the gas mostly gets deflected off. I would think we would have come up with something for urban pacification.

Saw something interesting Chang Kai sheks adopted son when to military school in Germany and even briefly served in the wermacht and even commanded a panzer unit. I think he even joined militant organizations that rivaled his adopted father. I guess he went to Germany when they still had good relations and China was buying German equiptment and had German advisors training their elite troops. From what I've read they operated mostly Soviet armor mostly t26 and bt5s. Their tank forces were small and not very effective from what I have read. They didn't get any decent tanks till after the war from MAP from thr USA.

The M47 Dragon is/was a wire guided missile (like the TOW), and the operator has to keep the sight on target until impact. The rocket motor created a significant backblast that could expose/reveal the shooters position to the enemy.
The FGM-148 Javelin is a fire and forget weapon. Once the operator acquires the target and launches the missile tracks the target without any further input from the operator. The missile has a tandem warhead to help defeat reactive armor. It is also expelled from the tube prior to the rocket motors ignition reducing the launch signature to virtually nothing. It can be fired in direct mode, or a top-down attack mode can be selected.
