On the subject of antivirus...I've used Avast Antivirus software for years and it's never let me down...and it's free! :)

I've never been a fan of Norton. When it comes to uninstalling it it's a pain to completely get rid of, loads of registry file entries remain.

I had trouble too...which is dumb because it says internet page not found. I was trying to TELL the stupid thing where the internet page was. Why do computers think they are so smart when they can't even follow simple directions. The dumb thing let me pay all my bills and I never want to do that. I never get a 404 error from Charter.

Hey guys, I know it is irritating not to be able to see the site. I can assure you that Otto is not sitting on his duff and is making arrangements to resolve the problem. The solution is coming, it is just taking time. Thank you for your continue patience

I do want to remind you that there is considerable cost involved to Otto, in both money and time. While those ads at the top of each page do generate some income, they in no way fully pay for the hardware, software, bandwith etc that goes into making our playground possible. Otto's real job does that. Couple that with time spent away from his lovely and gracious wife trying to get all that done and we're getting quite a deal here.

I know y'all have all been very patient and I am thankful for that-Otto even more so. I can assure you that the recent outages have been bothering Otto far more than it has the rest of us and that he is actively addressing the problem.
