There is a forum about the Cemeteries in Normandy but why not one about the other cemeteries in the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy and in France? Fallen but not Forgotten! Sebastiaan.
Cos normandy was the biggest war drop off all time and alot of people died there more people died there then the others in france and holland and italy
There are only a few in there at the moment Sebastiaan as i only had information on these, i will of course be adding more at later stages, thou should you want one adding just give me the cemeteries name and it will be added.
Sorry Beast but you are talking nonsens now... Even if in Normandy died more people they are all heroes. The soldiers who died in the Netherlands, Italy, Germany, Luxembourg and in France!!! Jim here are some names of American cemeteries. I have to look for you to Commonwealth Cemeteries. American Cemeteries Netherlands Cemetery and Memorial (Margraten), the Netherlands Henri-Chapelle Cemetery and Memorial, Belgium Ardennes Cemetery and Memorial, Belgium Luxembourg Cemetery and Memorial, Luxembourg Lorraine Cemetery and Memorial, France Epinal Cemetery and Memorial, France Brittany Cemetery and Memorial, France Cambridge Cemetery and Memorial, England Florence Cemetery and Memorial, Italy Normandy Cemetery and Memorial, France I believe these are the American cemeteries in Europe... Commonwealth Cemeteries Arnhem and Oosterbeek War Cemetery, the Netherlands Groesbeek War Cemetery, the Netherlands
Is possible to realise? I do like to see a forum for this. Not for every cemetery one, but just for cemeteries in general! By the way, there is an little error in the Suggestion's forum title: Warr44. Best Regards, Sebastiaan
Good information, Spitfire. :thumb: I think I asked in another thread about Canadians resting in France. I'd seen a mention of that in a documentary I watched a couple months ago.
