    GeneralEndicott you have answered so many of the questions I've been wondering and guessing about for a long time--Thank you. Fees and responses that seemed "random" suddenly make a lot of sence. Wouldn't it be possible to include a short, one page summery of what you just explained? Bet it would reduce a lot of nasty letters from confused people.
