    Note that in the photo of Santa Fe, we can see five of her six twin 5" mounts. They couldn't quite all fire at the photographer without damaging their own ship ;) but if we were a little further forward or aft she could bring eight out of twelve guns to bear, effectively double the AA firepower of earlier ships like Brooklyn or New Orleans.
