A marching medal. I still don't know what it is but I know that in the 30's in Holland NS organisations held several marches.I hope this medal is from one of that marches. The seller didn't know either exactly what it was. But in the light of my dutch NS collection I picked it up.

A 5 year loyalty pin from the NSB (dutch ns party). I think this pin is a fake. When I bought this a month ago I never heard of fake dutch items. After I bought it I heard about it and looked closer to my pin and now I doubt about it.

Last thing is a whistle from the Jeudgstorm. This is a great thing.

Oh tomorrow I am going to visit the monthly show in Antwerpen. I hope I can buy a poster of the Jeugdstorm. I saw it three shows ago and the last show the seller left it at home.

But on the internet I saw a Jeugdstorm pennant. I think I amgoing to buy that thing too.

David, I saw your Seagull medal on the Wehrmachts site. I agree it's a handsome piece. I can see from your other items that you are gathering a very nice selection of this little known Dutch group from WWII. Super pieces, thanks for showing them.

    I also like Weitze's site.

Ooooops--I made a small mistake on my Wiederholungsspange--I said it was for the EK2 but its for the EK1 instead. Its mint and very cool-looking. It would be for the 1914 EK1 and the Spange is for a 2nd EK1 award--but for ww2. My bar is the 1957 version which had an Iron Cross motif on the front and the 19 on the left side and 39 on the right side. It is a Pinback denoting the 1st class award. The 2nd class award has no pin.

Sorry Volkbert, I think I'm getting you and Kiwi Ace Confused. Regardless, I do like the Dutch medals for the youth group.

Guys, If you want to post pictures here you need to sign up with a web site that will host or store pictures. From that site you click on IMG here and then click on the stored photo. It will then pop up here. I use Andale.com I have limited space. I am charged each month via credit card but I can transfer pictures from there to here. If I go over my alloted space they charge me more. It got to the point that I could'nt afford to post everyones pictures. I have two kids in college and I can't buy anything new for my own collection much less spend more posting everyone elses stuff at my expense. The cows need hay, I need beer, and the cars need gasoline. I have to cut back where I can. The posting of everyones photos was the first to go. Sorry. It ain't cheap! Running on several forums will add up before you know it.

Gary I have some space left on my provider's computer so I can post some pictures. When I ever create a website maybe I need the space but I don't know when this happens.

Here is the pennant of the Jeugdstorm. I made an avatar of it that I use on the wehmracht forum. Can I use it on this forum also as my avatar?
