Now, now. Lets not get stereotypical and act the fool here. Them is fightin words. We have plenty of room in Death Row.
:Crazy (and the rest of the publishing world) declines comment on this issue: Seriously though... Hitler never had any positions on Global Warming or Fossil fuels... I wonder why the show was cancelled? OK, Crazy's really going to shut up now... maybe...
Well now, I heard this in fact from an email from a friend of mine who actually lives in your own area of Dallas-Fort Worth. Perhaps I should have not "inferred" that this was the case, but I figured it must be true. After all, it is Texas, and Texans NEVER lie! Bill
Hi Bill--that would just figure. I don't know if Texas is turning into a state filled with daisey's or not but--keeping me from watching this mini series really makes me hot under the collar. I called up the local station to ask why wasn't it played here and the best answer I got was: "I don't know?" I told them that i'm boycotting their TV station for the lousy decision they made in not airing it. No loss anyway, I almost never watch anything on CBS as it is. Hi buff--no i don't think that making the Green Lantern a person of color because someone screamed descrimination--heck--even in Sergeant Rock--they had a person of color in the book--Jackie Johnson--who actually was one of my favorite characters on that series. Then they had Captain Johnny Cloud--who is an American Indian--in The Losers, so I don't mind seing the current Green lantern as a person of color--the character is likable. Loved seeing Wonder Woman in the JLA series as well as The Martian manhunter--more favs--however--I would rather have seen Hawkman in the JLA not just Hawkwoman. I used to have the 2nd or 3rd appearance of the Silver age Green Lantern--Hal Jordan--the G.L that i'm used to. But--it was stolen from me a few years ago. Hi Greg--I accidently discovered the JLA about 2 weeks ago--only watch one episode until I restumbled across the series 3 nights ago. It's VERY well done and I like the animation. Also having a 3 part story on ww2 helped Ah PzJgr--looks like you got lucky--to get to see it. I envy you guys. I guess the "Blackout" of the miniseries was in different parts of Texas.
