Sad and Pathetic e-mail.

Has anyone been getting emails from Microsoft?

 

Ive gotten a few over the last year or so. I keep winning stuff from them too LOL

 

Some of them are odd with news and links which I never bothered with as they seemed to be suspect.

BTW: Yes I do get the lotto ones as well.

 

I am also a Yahoo lottery winner 20x over as well.....

 

They seem to come in waves it seems. I usually ignore the Microsoft ones. They tend to be boring LOL.

 

Heres one of them odd Microsoft one is a new one.

 

Thats a new one on me. I haven't seen that one.

 

Indeed...strikes me as bit odd since I've been on the Internet for some good eight years I never rec'd a single email until last month.

 

I'm dying to buy my way in to Heaven while I rip you off more like.

How do people actually fall for this stuff? It makes no sense...

Well, I guess greed would be one reason. Compassion being a close second.

 

Thats what gets me. How many for these scammers to be at all successful ? I knew from the first time I ever recieved anything like these that it was too good to be true and that was before all the bad grammar and spelling LOL.

 

Bank scam's rely on you...

1. Not to notice your name is not on the email
2. For you to act on it there and then
3. For you to over look the fact its a scam

Always remember even if it looks like your bank contacting you they will always address you by your name and not friend or so on.

And those silly ones about hello my dear friend I need your help to transfer money and for your help you receive a nice big bag of money and so on, are so stupid how can anyone fall for them. Well greedy short sighted dim wits would but you really got to be thick as two short planks to fall for them.

NEVER EVER OPEN A LINK UP, AS SPYWARE & MALWARE WILL BE DUMPED ON YOUR PC.
