Thank you Nick it's a nice one! Did this belong to the FliegerHorst Gilze-Rijen? it's a early version too.

Don't think so, this cartridge is for artillery not FLAK.
The FLAK M36 7,5 CM cartridges are longer.

my that 44 Kalendar looks very good and familiar, I had one at a time some years long ago, it was borrowed and I moved so happy greets to that bum who never returned it to me. Great collection of shell casings Nick, I see you have enough to start up a nice museum

great colectable Nick! Does anyone know the story of the KG Staffelkäptan mentionned on the first page? = Hauptmann Roll Kückens (the Christian cross could mean he was deceased in 1944)

Actually it's Rolf Kückens , not Roll. Apparently he already took care of the calendar in 1940.

    Deutscher luftwaffenkalender.

Nice amno by the way , the copper is shining as if they were new

Though I do not have any pictures of it yet but, just yesterday, I scored a nice Close Combat Clasp in Silver from a good friend and fellow collector.

That is a nice one. I have a (flower) wheat bag which is made with the same material but in white. Actually I should say part of a wheat bag, because the collector who gave it to me kept the parts with the inscription only.
