Hi I am beginner and I work at : - GAZ 67 from PARC Models - BA 64 & T-38 from AER Moldova All 1:35 :bang:
Good for a base coat. The problem with models is applying some weathering. Of course this depends on the scale concerned (And Me262s view has to take into account that he's the forum's generally regarded expert). Try breaking down the colours a bit, or at least adding some figures since this can help a great deal especially with lighter vehicles. Overall though, pretty good. Basic colours look right and you've got the right colours in the right places.
Ah, I see you've had the same problem I always have with individual track links - they never quite meet up properly!
yeah those are indeed always a little hard to handle. Keep it up zerkalli! Are you planning on applying rust or wheathering? Just out of curiousity.
Good. You could still enhance the BA-64 a bit. DT is mounted on a turret mechanism which is lacking from this model. Drawings from russian modelling magazine M-Hobby are here: http://rkkaww2.armchairgeneral.com/galleries/armored_cars/BA_64_bp.htm Detail photos: Excellent russian article with walkaround: http://autoreview.ru/archive/2005/08/ba64/ Another walkaround: http://www.fotoarmor.narod.ru/ba64.htm You realy should "dirty " all the models and simulate dust, mud....
