    it looks nice, but they never have all the eggs in one basket!!!!

    That particular picture was taken in February 1990, a sort of gathering before sending the aircraft into storage.

    Mach 3.2, I believe, is the top speed of the SR-71. The absolute speed record for aircraft, made by the SR-71 in 1976 ( a record which still stands ), was 2,193.167mph / 3529.464km/h ( I´m afraid I don´t know the altitude ).
