    If there was ever an SS plot against Hitler, they did a marvellous job concealing it, as I've never heard of any. That doesn't mean it wasn't there, but at least it never surfaced, and so the plans can't have been very serious or far along in their development.

    As far as i know there were 2* plots against Hitler. The one that led to the capture of English agents in Venlo and the one with the bomb in 20/7/44.
    How well could be covered an other one?

    *And a possible attempt of Speer to kill Hitler with gas

    There was dozens of such plans McRis there was also one in Poland which was called for for an unknown reason. The question is are there any known plans to assasinate Hitler.

    I recently read an article which listed all the known plots to kill Hitler (an impressive number) - I will dig it out and give you the info here. IIRC there was no SS plot though.
