I heard this at the end of a nice little Colin Farrel film called Dead Man Down. I was so intrigued I had to dig up the song. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KDcgOpUp2nc Dazzled by the night Dazzled by the night's mortal lights With cars driving close by me and my pupils thin as pins I waited for you 100 years long in the black-and-white streets You came over, whistling Dazzled by the night's mortal lights Kicking the cans on the ground, as lost as a ship If I lost my mind, I loved you and even worse You came over, whistling Dazzled by the night's mortal lights Will you love life at last, or just watch it pass by? There's almost nothing left of our smoking nights But your ashes in the morning At this subway station, full of life and dizziness At the next stop, called Petit Européen Run your hand all the way down my chest Dazzled by the night's mortal lights A last lap, stretching out my hand I waited for you 100 years long in the black-and-white streets You came over, whistling http://lyricstranslate.com http://lyricstranslate.com
Nice find! Thank you! There are a lot of WW2 Reenactor Clubs. They spend a freaking FORTUNE ensuring historical accuracy and on restoration projects for esoteric items they need to punctuate a video clip. Good clips there. Some of the best Reenactors? 1. http://www.panzergrenadier.net/reenactment-groups-links.php 2. http://www.wwiireenacting.co.uk/groups.htm 3. http://www.501stpir.com/reenactingorgunits.html

Click "Share" and post it out on Facebook etc etc. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pwkXNgBK7jk Question: How do I hit "Like" and "Like" and "Like" again and again and again on my FaceBook Page?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cxA3Q96a8XE Side 1 Track 1 Volunteers (of America) Nov. 1969 #370 on Rolling Stone mags top 500 albums. No. 13 on Billboard charts. Wally Heider Studios, 16 track. Jorma Kaukonen was in fine form on lead guitar. He did pretty well in a Hot Tuna too. Peace man. The chorus complete with "up against the wall m frs" was aired in fall 1969 on The Dick Cavett show. FCC must have given him heck for that. Kantner was inspired to write that line after watching some Black Panther tele footage.
Got some shivers listening to that rK. They don't make 'em like that anymore...Never had seen that cover before. Buddy is wearing a lamp shade. lol.
Tough to look at the beast with love- which would bum it out...Maybe that's my problem, try to be more lovin' and not so much hatin'. Ima tryin'. But damn, couldn't the beast at least take driving lessons?

World Music; we have a great station in this town that does a different genre every hour (Balkan is the best!) You can listen to it streaming here; http://kfai.org/sites/default/stream/jplayer.html Favorites I've heard on this station then bought off Amazon have been; Klezmatics, Goran Bregovic, Lila Downs, Oumu Sangare, Tish Hinojosa, Delores Keane, De Danann, and about 40 others I have on my imusic collection just now. Gotta be 5 stars out of 5!
Serendipty a while back, mate. Bought the album 5 minutes later. I haven't had that instant 'ooh, what's that?!' reaction to music for a longish time. Always a good feeling. Apparently one of the band members is a known actor: Ryan Gosling. The name rang a faint bell, but I rarely know who these people are.
