US tank losses in ETO and PTO??

    Hi,

    can someone tell me how many tanks the US lost during the war in ETO and PTO? The total number of tanks used in each theatre of operations would be great. For PTO the number of Independent Tank Battalions would be sufficient.

    Sorry, the website lists all 118 of the US tank battalions of WWII, not just the GHQ battalions. there were also 15 amphib tractor battalions and two medium and one light independant tank companies (essentially enough for another battalion).
