USAAF Uniform

If anyone would be willing to help, I am looking to recreate the look of my great-grandfathers flight uniform, reproduction of course, from March of '44. He was a bombardier so obviously that may affect some of the insignia. Below is a photo of him to help guide searches.

I know that in this photo he had elements of his dress uniform on, as most of the men in the USAAF did during combat but as well as what I believe is a leather flight jacket, he was also a 1st Lieutenant. If you could help me find all the elements like in this photo that would great (aside from the headphones of course).
