Can't remember now. It begins with:
    Seven deadlz sins
    Seven ways to win
Seven holy paths to hell and your trip begins

    Seven downward slopes
    Seven blooded hopes
    Seven are you burning fires
    Seven your desires...

Roel, I'm surprised at you...

The Union was hardly a conquest - especially as James VI of Scotland became James I of England!!

1707 is 'Early Modern', not 'Modern'.

    (Let's play "Spot the Pedant" :D )

Hey - the Hannoverian kings conquered it (although 'put down the rebellion' is probably a better term...)

At the Battle of Mons Graupius, the Roman armies defeat native tribesmen under Calgacus "the swordsman." The conquered land is called Caledonia, but less than twenty years later, the Romans are forced to withdraw.

    5TH & 6TH CENTURIES
Invasions of the kingdom of Dalriada, Kintyre and the neighboring islands by the Scotti, from northern Ireland who will later give their name to the whole country.

    1332
Edward III invades Scotland, and Edward de Balliol is installed as king. David Bruce is forced to flee to France.

    1346
David Bruce's attempt to recapture the throne of Scotland ends with defeat at Neville's Cross, where he is taken prisoner and held for the next eleven years, during which he will become thoroughly indoctrinated in English customs.

    1542
The sad story of James IV's attempted invasion of England and his attempts to restore Catholicism to Scotland come to an end when his son James V is defeated by an English army at the Battle of Solway Moss.

Mine's not too imaginative I'm afraid, it consists of "simon" (My first name) "r" (The initial of my surname) and 1978 (The year I was born), so simonr1978.
