I am building an animation of the Battle for Normandy at www.geo-animate.com (still in process, but you can view it nonetheless...).

I am trying to find more detailed information about the movements of individual units. So far I've relied largely on "Victory In The West" (the British official history), but I am finding many gaps. I've recently found the War Diaries transcribed for the 6th Airborne Division at PegasusArchive.org. This is exactly what I want to use.

Can you refer me to other sources for War Diaries for the Commonwealth forces? Cheers, e

I have copies of all the 1944 British Armoured war diaries and probably half of the British Infantry so far. A cheaper way would probably be to invest in copies of the CAB 44 files covering the Normandy campaign.
