DOH!!!< I should have known that and also that was the only movie that Duke made with Dan Dailey.

 

The Longest Day is always good. I dont recognize this Pacific War movie shown above.

I like the artwork on these old posters. I have one poster to a War Movie (that wasnt stolen with most of my posters collection) and its for: Away All Boats-with Jeff Chandler, Richard Boone and Lex Barker. Its a 1/2 sheet and was printed ofr a certain theater in Michegan. Also, of note: Clint Eastwood had a bit part in this movie ;-))

One I saw had a great shot of Robert Beatty as Gen Carnaby. I liked him best as Greg Pecks XO in: Horatio Hornblower.
