Sorry, SKUA, look at Guest Book, Tanks in WW2,entry 404,
Knowlege of tanks, now changed his name to "Tankdie", I might be cracking on a bit but I'm not B***** senile.
He disgusts me, we have June 6th coming up and we have a moran like him hanging on to the skirts of gentlemen who gave their lives for the likes of him. Sorry, should not get wound up like this but when I have old mates too ill to return to Normandy he sickens me.
    Tankpark Trooper.

Yes, I noticed the change of names.

I´m afraid I have nothing to do with the guest pages, and can do very little about what´s going on there. But I´ll notify the website owner.

Hi Skua, not concerned about guest pages, just do not want Forum to go the same way. The person who has just joined this Forum is a fake.
Tankdie is "Knowlege of Tanks" and if you read some of the rubbish he is responsible for you would not let him anywhere near this site.
Right, back to the FA Cup before my blood pressure goes over the top.
    Remember the old tankmans saying..
    "WHEN IN DOUBT BREW UP"
(if any of you don't understand English, that means,
"When you're in the ****.make a pot of tea")

Have just had a quick look at the guest pages. Unfortunately once again a disgrace to "Tanks in WW2", but viewers do associate it with this FORUM site.

Yeah I was reading some of his comments and he was full of it. I don't know why you'd lie about something like that. It seems like a immature thing to do, I don't know why he'd want to disrespect the vets.
I personally don't have that great a knowledge of tanks, that's why I joined the forum to learn more. But I admit I don't know much, unlike this guy with too much time on his hands and who knows what going through his mind.

Thanks for your comments, anyone who has been part of an armoured regiment can spot a poser right away, you should have a look at our
(1st.Queens Dragoon Guards) web site <www.qdg.org.uk>, have a look at the community guest pages and read what genuine tank/armour troopers talk about!! or perhaps you shouldn't!! It's more like who was the best driver in NATO, in spite of sliding a Mk6. Cent through a German statue!! (and that was in the 60/70s!!!)
And must apolagise for the RAT. All this computer lark is new to me, and I was just trying for a picture! No one is more surprised than me , haven't a
    clue how it got there!!

I don't think you should be bothered by this guestbook. I hadn't ever had a look at it before you told me about it, and I don't think many people associate this great forum with that wall of graffiti.

I feel that you should be bothered about it (Guest Book) for when people first find "Tanks in WW2" on web they work their way down the programe.
Second item down is "Guest Book", third item is Forum, how many people having seen a little of "Guest Book" want to see Forum?

Well, you are actually the first to complain about it (rightfully, I must add). No one else seems to have been bothered by it...

Just popped on to the guestbook out of curiosity.
Very bizarre. It seems to go through stages of complete and utter drivel (some offensive, some not), then stages of 'wow, great site' comments, then back to drivel. At the moment the fashion seems to be promoting teen porn.

Maybe I'll stay off in future - ignorance is bliss.

Ah well, I suppose the nincompoops of this world need somewhere to spout off - otherwise they'd be sitting at home, with their brain festering.
Looking at it that way, the guestbook is performing a great service to the world!

Well, we didn't make the guest book, and if it were up to the admins it'd be either under strict moderation or simply closed. We told crazypit to keep an eye on it and he did for a while.

Just don't ever read it, it's not worth any of the time of a good forum member. ;)
