A Howell and Bell 16mm movie camera, civilian version, but apparently models from civilian production were procured by the US Signal Corps until dedicated Army production lots were available.

This is something very special and dear to me. It's a NAZI silver coin, made to commemorate the rise into power of Adolf Hitler and the NSDAP. On one side there is the inscription: " 1933 - Im Jahre deutscher Schicksalswende" 1933 - The year the German fate turned around", on the other side it reads: "Adolf Hitler - Unser ist die Zukunft" Adolf Hitler - The future is ours

It's not only one of the very few German objects in my collection but to me it has a very high idealistic value! It was given to me as a gift by a gentleman from Pennsylvania, his father, an officer with the 315th F.A. Bn., had fought in my neck of the woods. A few weeks back I guided the gentleman over the battlefields his father fought on. When we were finished he presented me the coin his father had brought back from the war. It's one of my favorite pieces.
