Noticed those glass "heads". Wonder if these are tinnies as well?

They certainly are. See picture S15 with the Bismarck one .

I have now spotted a guy who is selling most interesting original sales receipts of tinnies village by village (Mulhouse area ) . This says how much they were sold for and how many were sold . This would allow for instance to find out a percentage of population who bought these. If I can buy them I will scan the documents here too .

I wish I had those in my collection kai, but these ones are not mine . They are nonetheless spectacular and were spotted by my son while he was browsing the net for WHW.

I love this one with the Mädel and her collecting box . she has just sold a few tinnies to this Police officer who is proudly pinning them on his coat.

Skipper, do you get these from the local "markets" or elsewhere? Great items!

These came from a local flea market, but I believe the dealer bought them at an action near Paris, because one medal still had a label with identification from a famous auction house. They probably stem from an old collection.

The seller had many more, including party days and WHW booklets as well as a couple of WW1 Pickelhelmets but my budget could not match his demands for the rest, So I took the pegs, some of the tinnies, and the Afrika medal.

keep watching this thread. Yesterday I won an auction with many more WHW, but in fact the seller had even moretinies which he could not sell there because of the symbols. So he sent me a mail with pictures and I made an offer which was accepted . The package should arrive soon.......
