I don't know how old this news is, but it's new to me. World of Tank enthusiasts can now play WOT on consoles (360, Playstation). And I gotta say the controls (joystick) are very fluid, which was a concern of mine. Same game play but now on the big screen. The major issue is the lag time that can happen on live games, but overall worth the free download to check out. Still addicting and precise.

Never really liked WoT due to the "free to play but not competitive" aspect. I've played and it's decent, but I can't say I will do so in the future.

That is a major drawback. Money players advance research and equipment much quicker. Still am interesting and enjoyable game when committed to the long haul.

I tried WoT for a few games but never got hooked, not that i have the time to play. In related news, a generous rogue just gave me their War Thunder account, which has both AFVs and aircraft, I'll try the tank combat and see how it compares.
