Well obviously you havent watched the film or paid any attention to the
comments members have made so far all good ; When this film was realesed in the year 1968, to a world - wide public all of its revues were
outstanding as it is today. So dont spoil this films reputation.
I would recommend that you watch yourself instead of listenning to your
German Veterans. WHOEVER THE ? THEY ARE.. :D

reputation for other members , It hasnt worked :D all the other members comments are ok apart from your friends in the ; German Veterans.

Quite welcoem. Oh and, I too loved that bar scenery when Burton sits down uninvited at that snobbish Majors table.

    Tell him he's a renegade.

I agree with most of the others here. WED is probably one of the best "men on a mission movies".

Begging the Colonals Pardon but why is this man so important why....is
That will do Sargent Harrod.. Colonal Turner Says.

Its plainfully simple Sargent; General Carnaby is the top advisor for the
second front, now if he talks it could postpone the entire planning for the
    second front.. Admiral Roland says.

    Hello Carl,

and it is Major not Majot :D(I know itchy fingers)

Well hmm.. NOPE, being a German myself there are probably only two or so color 70,s/80's warmovies that I find acceptable or to say good.

Those would be like "The Eagle Has Landed", "The Great Escape" and "A Bridge Too Far". The rest is all this stereotype about some 2000 dumb German Bast... being wacked away by 5-10 Allies. - sorry mate - but modern movies like "Behind Enemy Gates" or Stalingrad are slowly making up for it :)

    Regards
    Kruska
