Hey Fried, then this would be a question for my Loosely associated quiz.

No interest to solve the question in there - who was born as A. Schicklgruber? [IMG]

    Amazing, Kai...

Although the personal relationship between Keitel and General von Blomberg was somewhat distant, Keitel’s son, Karl Heinz and Blomberg’s daughter, Dorle, became engaged at the beginning of 1938.

La relación personal entre Keitel y el General von Blomberg era distante, pero los hijos de ambos generales, Karl Heinz, hijo de Keitel y Dorle hija de Blomberg contrajeron matrimonio.

I would NEVER have found this! I am pretty surprised that there is not one single German websource for this!

Kai is right! Your turn! ;)

    Knight, two things:

The answer is Alois Schicklgrüber (1837-1903), renamed Hitler in 1876.

The punctuation and grammar of that source in Spanish ist AWFUL, TERRIBLE, ESPANTOSA and RECHLICHES!

Correct. You could have added that he was Adolf Hitler's father.

It's your turn in the Loosely associated quiz. [IMG]

Ok. We´ll continue for another question in the same category:

Name the woman with whom Göbbels had an affair and that almost made him leave his post as propaganda minister ( according to the story ).
Only Hitler made him change his mind and Magda´s as well ( to forgive Mr Göbbels ).

As new question, I ask for the date in WW2 on which General Rommel signed a capitulation.

Sorry, bad wording, my bad... this was not what I was meaning:

Required is the date in WW2 when General Rommel capitulated, signed a capitulation as the capitulating part.

    Warning: Garden path ;)

As hinted, there was another General Rommel in WW2. He fought on Allied side and had to capitulate... yes, the question is, when. [IMG]

Now it's not difficult anymore... all you need is the capitulation of Poland, resp. confirmation that it was signed by a Polish General Rommel.

Warsaw resigned September 28, 1939. The capitulation was signed by General Juliusz Rommel et alii.

New question: When the Wehrmacht invaded Austria, they had 25 soldiers road toll.

    Why?
