So much of the information about WW2 is peppered with abbreviations and acronyms, and although there are many sites listing these, it doesn't seem like any have anything approaching a complete list. This thread will aim to resolve that, with a post for each letter of the alphabet which can be added to and updated as members contribute their findings.

Feel free to post any links to abbreviations etc. documents and sites, but please give them a title that clearly states what they are dealing with if it is specific. If you really want to help just post those that are missing, and in this format:
